CONTROLLERS & I/O
The Gallagher Controller 7000 is the intelligent hub that makes access decisions at the door, with HBUS I/O modules expanding inputs and outputs. Decisions are made locally, so doors keep working even if the network drops.
READERS & CREDENTIALS
From card and PIN readers to biometrics and mobile credentials, we supply readers to suit every entry point. Staff can use a card, a fob, or a secure pass in their phone’s Apple Wallet or Google Wallet via Gallagher Mobile Connect.
COMMAND CENTRE SOFTWARE
The management brain of the system: cardholder administration, access groups, schedules, alarm monitoring, visitor management and detailed audit reporting, all from one interface.
INTEGRATIONS
Gallagher integrates with CCTV, intruder alarms, intercom, lifts, HVAC and building management, so your whole security and building ecosystem operates as one.
FAQ
Which Gallagher system is right for my business?
For a single site or small business, Gallagher’s cloud-based SMB solution is usually the best fit. For larger organisations, multiple sites or complex requirements, the server-based Command Centre platform is the standard. Government and critical infrastructure sites use Gallagher High Security. We’ll recommend the right tier after assessing your site.
What is the Gallagher Controller 7000?
The Controller 7000 (C7000) is Gallagher’s intelligent field controller – the hardware that actually makes access decisions at the door. It stores access rights locally, so entry points keep functioning even if the connection to the server is lost, and it’s built with strong cyber-security protections.
Do you supply Gallagher hardware as well as install it?
Yes. We supply and install the complete Gallagher range – controllers, I/O modules, readers, credentials and Command Centre software – as one package, so you have a single accountable provider from procurement to commissioning and support.
Is Gallagher cyber-secure?
Yes. Gallagher is engineered to be cyber-secure by design, with end-to-end encryption across the system and a strong track record in government and high-security environments. Keeping firmware and software current is part of maintaining that protection, which is covered by our maintenance agreements.
Can we start small and expand later?
Absolutely. Gallagher scales cleanly. Many clients start with a handful of doors or a single site and expand over time – adding doors, sites, readers and integrations – all managed from the same platform. We design the initial system with growth in mind.
What credential types does Gallagher support?
Cards, key fobs, PIN codes, biometrics and mobile credentials, including digital passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet through Gallagher Mobile Connect. You can mix credential types across different doors depending on the security level required.
Does Gallagher handle alarms and monitoring too?
Yes. Beyond access control, Gallagher manages intruder alarms and monitoring within the same platform, and integrates with CCTV and other systems, so you’re not juggling separate products for access and security.
Can you supply a system for a multi-tenanted building?
Yes. Gallagher is well suited to multi-tenanted and strata buildings, with clean separation between tenants, shared common-area management and central administration. We design the access structure to suit the building’s ownership and tenancy arrangements.
