Yes. Cardax FT is Gallagher’s earlier platform, and we regularly migrate Cardax FT sites to the current Command Centre software. The migration preserves your existing data and access history while bringing you onto supported, secure, up-to-date technology.
Do we have to replace everything to upgrade?
Usually not. Through careful planning and Gallagher’s QuickSwitch program, we can often reuse existing cabling and compatible readers, upgrading the controllers and software in stages. This keeps costs and disruption down while still modernising the system.
Can you migrate us from a different brand of access control?
Yes. Gallagher’s QuickSwitch program is designed exactly for this – moving sites from competitor systems onto Gallagher while reusing much of the existing infrastructure. We assess your current setup and plan a migration that minimises rework.
